Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above. 
2. Major: Mechanical Manufacturing Design or Mechatronics 
3. 10 years working experience. At least 3 years quality manager experience with the management at least 25-30 people. Motor design / production experience is required. Familiar with IATF16949 / ISO14001 / OHSAS18001 system. Substantial driving and leading experience in GM QSB + quality system is preferred.
4. Good command of English, listening, speaking, reading and writing. 
5. Good organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to develop quality procedure documents. Be able to use measuring instruments. Familiar with APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA. 

7. Familiar with Minitab, MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Job responsibilities:

1. To lead the quality control team. To assure product quality by confirming IQC\PQC\OQC are able to adopt systematic quality management method in production process. Be able to lead quality team and report quality problems to management and customers objectively and clearly. 
2. Promote effective cross departmental analysis and handle customers feedback promptly. Quick response, timely containment and permanent improvement should be performed. Familiar with 8D process. 
3. Train, improve and evaluate quality personnel.Selection and training of talents. Lead and direct quality experts. 
4. Participate in the improvement of all internal quality problems, including root cause investigation and improvement. Confirm the relevant improvement progress in the daily FTQ meeting. Good system analysis ability. At least 6-sigma green belt is required. 
5. Support customer on-site audit, new production line introduction and safe production. Responsible for the communication between customer and system audit organization and improvement of non conformance (IATF16949). 
6. Strengthen supplier quality system. Lead and supervise supplier quality improvement to ensure new parts process and quality management system can meet PPAP & APQP requirements. Establish supply system with purchasing department. 
7. Complete company quality policy and target. Promote "zero defect" within the company and suppliers.

1. Education background: college degree or above. 
2. Major: Mechanical Engineering. 
3. More than 3 years quality related experience. 
4. Working skills: be able to use gauges and instruments such as vernier caliper. micrometer, etc. Can use CMM will be preferred. . 

5. Other requirements: be able to cooperate with overtime work and two shifts work.

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the production line manufacturing quality assurance. 
2. Responsible for the planning and implementation of the process audit plan. 
3. Responsible for the formulation and revision of the process checklist. 
4. Responsible for the measurement and determination of the new product size. 
5. Responsible for the test of the finished product in the process, scheduling and implementation of the full-scale plan. 
6. Checking the qualification of new employees. 
7. Making weekly and monthly report statistics.
